Trip Preparation

Nepal is a destination for all seasons, but the best time for trekking is during the Post-Monsoon (October to November) when the skies are crystal clear. Spring (March to May) is also exceptional for rhododendron blooms and warmer high-altitude temperatures.

Most nationalities can obtain a Visa on Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. You will need a valid passport (6 months minimum), a passport-sized photo, and USD in cash for fees (approx $30 for 15 days, $50 for 30 days). Pre-applying online is highly recommended to save time.

Essential items include: Breathable base layers (merino wool is ideal), waterproof down jacket, trekking boots, portable water purifier, personal first aid kit with altitude medication, solar power bank, and universal adapter.

Acclimatization is key. We design our itineraries with gradual elevation gains. Stay hydrated, avoid alcohol at high altitudes, and listen to your guide. "Climb high, sleep low" is our golden rule for a safe expedition.
